{Halloween 2012} The Tooth Fairy and Her Tooth

I shared a picture of my girls in their Halloween costumes on my facebook page, but in case you missed it, here they are:
The tooth fairy (who forgot her wings for the picture) and her prized molar!  Aren’t they adorable?  This is the first year I made their costumes, and making the tooth was my first sewing project ever.  (I stuffed it a wee bit too much and poor Stella couldn’t even see her feet.  Thank goodness it was padded, because she tripped… a lot!)
Before the trick or treating festivities, we had a little party at the community center here for the kids who didn’t attend school.  Stella borrowed her sisters old Little red Riding Hood costume for this, since just a tooth on its own seemed a little odd.  They had a photographer at the party who snapped this adorable picture of Stella, although she is about to cry in the picture. She was trying so hard to be a big girl and get her picture done for Mommy, but she really didn’t want to.
And since I am in the photo sharing mood, here are a couple snaps from our recent family photo session, done by the wonderful and talented Alyssa of alyssadenise photography (a.k.a my sister!)  Didn’t they turn out fantastic?!
