- two square frames (8 x 8)
- a herringbone overlay (7.5 x 7.5)
- cardstock backing (7.5 x 7.5)
- an owl cutout with outline
- an I (heart) Fall cutout with outline
I created these pieces of table top framed fall art very easily with the help of my silhouette – and I love the colors, don’t you?
This is a very easy Fall decor project for you to do … if you have a Silhouette or a Cricut that is. Here’s what I started with:
I assembled these really quickly – I put the backing and the overlay inside the frame, and then glued the cut outs and outlines together. I used double sided tape to attach it to the outside of the frame, so it creates some depth.
I love the non-traditional fall colors like the teals and purples with the bright orange and magenta. If I started adding all sorts of red and yellows in my living room, it would look totally out of place since I’m much more of a “cool” color palette kinda gal. This fits me perfectly!
Now I am off to scour Pinterest for some more fall inspiration. Do you have a fall inspired Pinterest board I could follow? Leave me a comment if you do, so I can follow it and get some more ideas!
